The cost is $250.00 for a one-week full day program. This program has a limited number of students we can take. To guarantee a spot: full payment, registration, and medical forms will be due as soon as possible. We now have online (credit and debit) and mail in (check) registration and payment methods. Everything can be downloaded and submitted at our website. If the student (parent) needs to cancel, a refund will be given based on the official policy on the Shen Summer Adventures website. No refunds after the camp begins! SEEC will provide the majority of the tools and supplies needed. Meals will not be provided, so students should bring a bagged lunch and snacks with them. It is mandatory that your child bring a water bottle with them as the summer heat often causes dehydration. Regular camp hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm. Register early. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. This program will enroll only 190 students per week.
Good student behavior is required and expected to ensure a positive learning environment. As such, SEEC reserves the right to remove any student at any time if the student’s behavior is contrary to the spirit of learning or hinders the operation of the program in any way. Any damages made to Shenendehowa property are the sole responsibility of the student. SEEC reserves the right to add or delete workshops based on enrollment.
Your child will not be officially registered for his or her camp unless both the online payment form and the online health form are completely filled out.
